Learning Support Facilities

The learning support base, M1, offers a vast range of resources which support the students to meet their full potential. These resources include:

• Exam revision books.
• Age related books, fiction and non fiction.
• Independent Learning Project help sheets.
• Alpha Smart lap tops for students to use due to an injury.
• Subject specific text books.

The department computers are linked to the school network allowing pupils to access their files at all times.

At lunch and break times the department is staffed by Teaching Assistants who provide not only support and encouragement in school but also help to increase social skills and friendship groups.
